1. What this publication is

bestcrm.top is a comparison desk for CRM software aimed at small businesses. It is written independently of the vendors covered. Everything here is published for information: it is not consulting, not legal or accounting advice, and not a recommendation tailored to your company. A CRM that leads our table may still be the wrong fit for how your team sells, and only you can judge that.

2. How the site earns

A number of the outbound links here are affiliate links. If you follow one and later subscribe, the vendor may pay us a commission. Your price is unaffected by that, and so is the ranking: placement in our tables is not for sale, and no commission rate has ever moved a product up or down a list. 3. Where the limits of accuracy lie

Every figure published here was correct when it was checked. CRM vendors, however, revise their pricing, rename their plans, move features between tiers, and withdraw products, sometimes without notice. Treat what you read as a starting point and confirm the current terms on the vendor's own page before you commit money to a subscription.

4. Rights in the material

The reviews, comparison tables, scoring, graphics, and page layouts belong to us or are used with the owner's permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome. Republishing, redistributing, translating, or reworking our material without written permission is not.

5. Liability

The site is offered as it stands, with no warranty attached. We accept no liability for loss or damage arising out of your use of it, out of any decision you take on the strength of what we publish, or out of anything that happens on a vendor's site after you leave ours.

6. Amendments
