This page sets out what bestcrm.top records while you read our small business CRM comparisons, why each item is kept, and how to have it removed. It covers every page on this domain, including the redirect links that hand you over to a vendor.
1. The record we hold, item by item
| Item | Where it comes from | Why it is kept |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | The box you type it into: the exit prompt or the quiz sign-up | So we can send back the shortlist you asked for and reply to you |
| Which block you sent it from, the site language, and the CRM the quiz suggested | Hidden fields travelling with that same submission | To answer with the right shortlist and to see which blocks are worth keeping |
| Click record: time, the CRM you clicked, campaign tags on the link you arrived through, the referring page | Our redirect links, written before you are forwarded | Commission reconciliation with the partner programmes |
| A short one-way hash of your IP address and of your browser string | The request itself, hashed before anything is written to disk | Counting one visitor once, and stopping obvious abuse, without holding the address |
There is no account to open, no password to store, no payment detail on this site. The savings calculator on the front page does its arithmetic inside your browser, so the figures you type there never reach us.
2. What we do with it
Four things, and nothing beyond them: reply to the message you sent, work out which comparisons need updating, reconcile affiliate commissions with the CRM vendors we link to, and keep the forms usable by turning away throwaway mailbox domains. Aggregate traffic patterns are read from those same records. We build no advertising profiles, run no retargeting pixels, and put nothing up for sale, rent, or exchange.
3. Who else can see it
Cloudflare serves the pages and therefore handles the request before we do. A copy of each form submission reaches the internal desk the editorial team works from, which is how your message gets picked up. When you follow one of our redirect links, the CRM vendor takes over: from that click onwards you are on their site under their own privacy notice, and what happens there is between you and them. That is the whole list. Data brokers and ad networks are not on it, and nothing is handed to anyone else unless the law compels it.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Our own server sets no cookies. Two small values are parked in your browser's local storage instead: the currency you picked for the pricing tables, and a flag that keeps the notice bar hidden once you have closed it. Clearing site data in your browser wipes both, and the pages keep working without them. Cloudflare may add a short-lived cookie of its own for bot filtering; that one belongs to the delivery layer, expires by itself, and can be refused in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then behave differently.
5. How long it stays
An email address stays on file until you ask for it to go. Click records stay while the partner programmes still allow a commission to be queried, then age out of the log. Hashes are one-way by construction and cannot be turned back into an address or a browser fingerprint.
6. Keeping it safe
Traffic runs over HTTPS. Logs sit on a server the editorial team administers, addresses and browser strings are hashed on the way in, and access is limited to the people who answer the mail. Reasonable measures are in place, but no transfer across the internet can be declared perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
7. What you can ask for
- A copy of whatever is held against your address.
- Deletion of it.
- An objection to the traffic measurement described in section 1, after which the matching records are dropped.
Write to privacy@bestcrm.top from the address in question and say which of the three you want.
8. Contact and revisions
Privacy questions go to privacy@bestcrm.top. Editorial and press addresses are listed on the contact page. When this notice is revised, the new wording replaces what is on this page and the date under the heading moves with it.
